Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Seminar

On May 19, 2024, Shafi Saiduddin presented a CLE course, Open-Source Investigations for Legal Professionals, at a seminar for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. The CLE provided an overview of how the evolving information environment impacts the legal community. Defense attorneys gained an understanding of the nuances of publicly available information and commercially sourced data, and how this information is collected and analyzed and can be used to defend their clients.
