- Having graduated from law school in 1995 with the goal of pursuing a career in law enforcement, my first job out of law school was as a police officer. After 9/11, my career took a different trajectory, leading me to civilian positions in the Intelligence Community and military service, where I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
- My government career took me through a period of rapid technological change in the information environment. I witnessed organizations struggle with the easy availability of information on the internet and its impact on both clandestine tradecraft and intelligence collection. The lessons I learned from that time have been highly applicable to my work conducting litigation support investigations.
- Blending my law enforcement, intelligence, and military backgrounds with my law degree, allows me to evaluate and analyze my clients’ cases and empower them to play their side, the opponent’s side, and the third side.
- As a legal advisor and strategist, I only deal in facts versus the mist. Clients value this approach because it allows them to develop a tighter strategy for their high-stakes business deals and legal matters.
